NdCl3对水分亏缺下小麦种子荫发与幼苗抗旱性的影响

【摘要】 研究结果表明,当培养液含35μmol/LNdCl时,小麦种子在0%~30%PEG中萌发率与萌发势均明显提高。控制土壤含水量为18%、12%、8%的盆栽试验亦证明700μmol/LNdCl浸种可促进小麦的出苗率和出苗速度。以350、700;μmol/LNdCl_3浸种的麦苗,在停止浇水进行干旱处理后叶片RWC、叶绿素含量均高于对照,而3500μmol/LNdCl_3浸种,上述指标则低于对照,虽然350~3500μmol/LNdCl浸种都降低了质膜电解质外渗,尤以700μmol/L为最,但均不改变膜极性脂肪酸的配比。

【Abstract】 With 35 μmol/L NdCl3,the germination rate and germination potention of wheat seedsin different concentration of PEG were all increased.Soaking seeds in 700 μmol/L NDCl3 for24 h,the increase of germination in different water content of soil was also observed. TheChl content and RWC of leaves of seedling which treated by soaking seeds in 350 or700 μmol/L NdCl3 were higher than that of control for drought treatment.Through soakingseeds in 350 to 3 500μmol/L NdCl3 the plasma membrane leakage is lower than that of con-trol, howerver,the fatty acids composition of membrane lipids didn’t change.
