【摘要】 采用Ｌｉｎ氏法计算了１８个泡桐无性系的标准遗传距离，经聚类分析绘制的系统聚类谱系图，将１８个品系划分为６个明显的生长类群。同一类群体内各品系间差异小，不同类群间差异大。在良种和亲本选择时，应注意选择分属于不同类群，遗传距离较大，生长量大的品系，如：８５０８—２、８５０８—５、８５０５—１和８５０７—１等。分析还表明，同一杂交组合的Ｆ１代也具有明显的遗传变异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standard genetic distances of 18 Paulownia clones have been calculated with Lin method.Systematic cluster pedigree figures drawn by means of the method of cluster analysis showed that the 18 clones could be divided into 6 growth groups.The genetic differences were small within the same group but great among different groups.The clones of high increment and large genetic distance in various groups should be selected when choosing the improved variety and parents,for example,8508-2,8508-5,8505-1,8507-1 etc.The genetic differencs were obvious amomg F1 clones within the same filial combinatin.更多还原
