【Abstract】 Problems arisen in the management of state-owned assets in forest industry are analysed on the aspects of the vacancy of the delegate to property right, the indistinct assets ownership, as well as on the aspects of the benefits of investment and management. A mode of management by administrative levels is put forward. The establishment, scope of official duty and profit distribution of the corperation of state-owned assets are discussed theoretically and practically.
