液压无源刹车装置的研究
Study of Hydraulic Brake by Pressure Shock
【摘要】 在计算机仿真的基础上,对由直流电动机、齿轮泵、溢流阀、电磁换向阀等组成的实验装置根据液压制动原理,在不同转速、负载、液容情况下,进行了无源刹车的试验研究。结果表明,该装置刹车时间较自然停车大为减小,有明显制动效果。
【Abstract】 On the basis of computer simulation,this paper,with the equipment made up of D. C motor,gear-pump,valves,studies the brake effect of the equipment at different speeds,loads,hydraulic volumes.The results show that the time to brake the equipment is much shorter than that without brake effect. Therefore,it is worth studying in future.
