【Abstract】 n a comber of B311 series made in China,the structure of comb pin of cylinder and top comb is not reasonable, which affects directly the combing quality and processing efficiency. In this paper, the characteristics of a new assembly unicomb cylinder is decribed, a series of photograth is presented to show a combing process, the comb porces of both the new and original comber were measured by a Comb Force Testing System, the comb effect were compared through theoretical analysis and practical investigation, which provide a solid theoretical base for the reform and development of comb parts.更多还原
