【Abstract】 Using transfectant which expresses human CD33 molecules as immunogen, a monoclonal antibody (McAb, named HIM3-4 IgG1) was produced and identified as CD33. HIM3-4 McAb has been also characterized and clustered to CD33 by sib International Workshop and Conference on Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens held in November 1993 in Boston.
