等离子炉冶炼铬铁工艺研究
Plasma furnace process for productionof ferrochromium
【摘要】 在YJ—30型交流等离子炉上进行了铬铁生产工艺试验。结果表明,以焦炭、石油焦和无烟煤等作为还原剂,用块状或粉状铬矿可以顺利生产铬铁,铬的回收率可达93%-96%.本研究还对加料速度、操作电流、工作气体流量等工艺参数的确定作了进一步的探索。
【Abstract】 Using plasma furnace process for production of ferrochromium is reported in the paper. The result shows that ferrochomium can be obtained from blocks and fines of chromite by using coke, petroleum coke or anthracite as reducing agent. The recovery rate of chromium is 93%-96%, and technology conditions on the speed of adding chromite, current and Ar flux are determined in the work.
