可调零、高灵敏度的摩擦焊摩擦加热电流检测系统的研究

【摘要】 利用异步电机定子电流的轨迹,结合摩擦焊的摩擦时间短、功率变化大等特点、分析比较了检测定子电流与在定子端检测转子折算电流的优缺点.由于焊机系统存在着机械传动部分的能量损耗,在转子折算电流的检测电路中,着重以相量图为工具,分析设计了扣除这部分损耗的调零电路.该调零电路由幅值调零和相位调零两部分组成,且相位调零采取激磁电流前移的办法.借助微机控制,可使该系统具有较高的测量精度和灵敏度.

【Abstract】 Using the traces of stator current of motor and combining with friction welding characteristics of short friction time and large variaty in friction power, the advantages and shortcomings between detecting stator current and detecting rotor converting current have been compared. As there exists the energy loss in mechanical transmission system, in the circuit of detecting rotor converting current, the vector-diagram method has been adopted to analyse and design the zero-adjustable circuit in which the above energy loss has been decreased . The zero-adjustable circuit consists of zero-scopc-adjustable and zero-phase-adjustable circuits, and zero-phase-adjustable function is obtained by moving forward the stimulation current. The detecting system has a high measuring precision and sensitivity by means of micro-com-putor controlling.
