用插销法研究低碳和低合金钢焊接接头的应力腐蚀

【摘要】 提出用插销法作为评定低碳、低合金钢焊接接头应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)性能的方法,并以施加于插销的临界初始应力σimpSCC作为评定SCC抗力的指标.用不同型号焊条焊制的20g和16MnR钢焊接接头HAZ各区及焊缝在沸腾混合硝盐溶液(MNS)中的SCC敏感性的试验结果表明:以插销法的σimpSCC与分别以恒载拉伸法的σSCC和以悬臂弯曲法的J1SCC评定的接头各区SCC抗力的变化规律是一致的.文中还对SCC的亚临界扩展过程进行了讨论.

【Abstract】 The implant method is used for the evaluation of resistance of welded joints to stress corrosion cracking (SCO and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by experimental results. The critical stress applied to the implant which symbolizes as σimpSCC is used as the criterion of the SCC resistance. The susceptibility at different region of the HAZ of 20g and 16MnR and their weld metals by different types of coated electrode in boiling mixed nitrate solution (MNS) is recognized. It is shown that the SCC resistance at different regions of the joint evaluated by σimpSCC of the implant method varies in the same regularity with those by σSCC and J1SCC of the constant load method and cantilever beam method respectively. The sub-critical propagation of SC-crack is discussed.
