基于微量添加元素表面活性研究的钎料成分优化
THE COMPOSITION OPTIMIZATION OF SOLDERS BASED ON THE STUDIES OF SURFACE-ACTIVE BEHAVIOUR OFMICROADDING ELEMENTS
【摘要】 以定量研究微量添加元素Ag、In、Bi、Sb对低Sn含量(14Sn-余Pb)合金钎料表面张力的影响为理论基础,将钎料中微量元素的添加量、钎料的润湿性能及熔化温度等进行了三水平双指标正交试验,在综合考虑钎料的工艺性能、承载强度及工艺性能的基础上,对汽车、拖拉机等内燃机中铜质水箱散热器钎焊用低Sn含量Sn-Pb钎料的成分进行了优化设计.
【Abstract】 In this investigation, based upon the quantitative study of the influence of microadding elements Bi,In,Ag and Sb on surface tension in low tin content tin-lead based alloy solders, the cross-method tests have been carried out in three-level and double-targets for the adding content of microadding elements,wettability and the upper melting point of solders. The optimal design of composition on low tin content tin-lead based solders used for soldering the radiators of automobiles and tractors has been determined on the basis of comprehensive consideration among the economy,technological properties and strength of the solders.
