空心莲子草叶甲Agasicles hygrophila(鞘翅目:叶甲科)发育速率的研究

【摘要】 空心莲子草叶甲卵、幼虫、蛹期(包括预蛹期)的发育历期(Y)与温度(X)呈明显的负相关关系,温度越高,发育历期越短,其方程式是:卵:Y=3330.777X-09864;幼虫:Y=1/(0.2669-3.971/X);蛹:Y=1/(0.3262-5.6273/X)。各虫期的发育速率(Y′)与温度(X)呈对数函数关系,即温度越高,发育速率越快,其方程式是:卵:Y′=0.37251nX-1.0146;幼虫:Y′=0.13811nX-0.3355;蛹:Y′=0.20671nX-0.5664.成虫期与温度和性别有关,雌虫寿命比雄虫长,成虫产卵前期在1.5-5.0天之间,产卵期11.5-116.0天之间。

【Abstract】 The duration of egg, larval and pupal development undercontrolled conditions were studied.Mean developmental times throughthree larval instars was 8.8 days.The dura-tion of development (Y) in egg, larvae and pupae subjected to 5 different temperatures (22, 25, 28, 30 and32℃) decreases in a fairly regular manner as temperature (X) rises.The equation respectively is: Y=3330.777X (-1.9864) (for egg); Y=1/(0.2669 -3.971/X) (for larvae); Y=1/(0.3262-5.6273/X) (for pupae). But developmental rate (Y’) increases when temperature rises.Its equation is Y’=0.37251nX-1.0146 for eggs; Y’=0.13811nX-0.3355 for larvae; Y’=0.20671nX-0.5664 for pupae respectively. Adult lon-gevity was variable according to temperature and sex. Females lived longer than males. The preoviposition period varied from 1.5 to 5.0 days and the oviposition from 11.5 to 116 days.
