细菌降解硝基苯的研究
Study on the degradiation of nitrobenzene by a bacterium and its optimal condition
【摘要】 通过驯化、选择性培养,从制药厂曝气池活性污泥中分离出一株能降解硝基苯的细菌,经鉴定为短杆菌属(brevibacterium)。该菌对硝基苯具有较高的忍耐能力,在含硝基苯5000μg/g的固体培养基上生长良好,其最适降解条件为充分曝气供氧,温度30℃,pH8.0,在此条件下含硝基苯200μg/g的液体培养基中摇床培养24h,硝基苯最高降解率为50.l%。
【Abstract】 The nitrobenegene-desradins bacterium isolated from activated sludge of an aerator in the pharmace untical factory by acclimation and selective culturing was identified as Brevibacterium.This bacterium can tolelate higher nitrobenzene concentration.Its growth was good on the solid medium containing nitrobenzene 5000μg/g.The optimal conditions of degradation were defined as follow:Suffcient aeration and oxyzen supply,at 30℃ and PH 8.0 in the liquid medium containing nitrobenzene 200μg/g.Under the above condi tion after shakins culturing for 24 h the degrading rate was 50.1%.
