【Abstract】 The rule of absorption,distribution and excretion of ¹⁴C-p-nitrophenol Sodium in rats that this com pound was absorbed through digestive tract easily,then distributed all over the body.The highest content was that in the kidney,and then in the liver and spleen.The radio-activities in the urine,bile and feces reached to the background level at 120 hours after administration.The accumulation of ¹⁴C-p-nitropheno Sodium in rats was very low.更多还原
