【Abstract】 The capsular polysaccharide(CPS)of two strains of Clostridium difficle(Cd)were pu-rified by Acetone precipitation.The CPS was identified homogeneous by Sepharose 4B columnchromatography and cellulose acetate film electrophoresis.According to the results of gas chro-matography;the CPS of Cd is mainly composed of D-glucose,D-mannose and D-galactose.更多还原
