锰对雌性小鼠的生殖毒性及F1子代的影响

【摘要】 研究了锰对雌性小鼠生殖功能和F1子代的影响。结果表明:高毒组小鼠动情周期延长,动情期缩短,受孕率下降,但活胎率、吸收胎率与对照组比/较无显著性差异。染毒组F1代仔鼠的活胎率下降,死胎率升高,高毒组仔鼠的出生第4日和21日体重明显低于对照组,对仔鼠运动反射也有明显影响。实验结果提示:锰不仅对雌性小鼠性腺有影响,而且其性腺毒性具有远期效应。

【Abstract】 The results showed that:the estrus cycle of group at dosage of 900 ppm. lengthened;incidence of pregnant decreased. Incidence of living embryo and incidence of absorption embryo of each group had no significant difference in comparison with negative control group. F1 generation was observed an increase in incidence of dead embryo ,and a decrease in incidence of living embryo. Offspring’s weight at 4th, 21th day in dosage of 900 ppm. significantly lower than that of the negative control group,offspring’s behavioural testing suffered as well influence. This results indicated that:manganese not only produced influence to gonad of female mice,but also toxicity of gonad has forward effect.
