WO3在不同担体上的程序升温硫化研究
Study of WO3 Supported on Different Carrier by TPS
【摘要】 利用TPS(Temperature-programmed-sulfiding)方法考察了WO3在γ-Al1O3TiO2-Al2O3及活性碳上的硫化过程.结果发现,随着WO3担载量的增加,表面W物种硫化峰的数目增加,表明WO3的担载量超过一定量后,在这三种担体表面,都有几种W物种同时存在;WO3/TiO2-Al2O3与WO3/Al2O3相比,当WO3担载量低于一个单层分布时,硫化温度明显降低,而超过一个单层分布后,两者的硫化温度相接近,表明TiO2的调变作用对低于一个单层分布的WO3的硫化行为有较大的影响.以活性碳作为担体可明显降低W物种的硫化温度,并且活性碳在程序升温过程中,当温度超过700K后出现了气化现象.文中还就WO3在TiO2-Al2O3担体表面的结构模型提出了设想.
【Abstract】 The suffiding procedures of WO3 supported on 7-Al2O3, TiO2-Al2O3 and carbon were examined by TPS (TemPerature-programmd- samding) method. Results show that the nUIner of samding pealls of WO3 increases when the loading of WO3 is raised, it can be elucidated that there ekist sedtaneously various W spieces on the three dmerent carriers when the loading of WO3 becames higher- ComParing the sulfiding temPerature of Wos/Tioz-Al:O3 with that of WO3/7-Al2O3, it is found that the presence of TiO2 covered on Al2O3 surface can malle WO3 swhded at lower temPerature when WO3 loading is below one monolayer. When caxbon is taken as the carrier, the sulfiding temperature of Wos is greatly decreased, and the phenomenon of carbon carrier being gasilied is observed when temperature is higher than 7OoK during our experiment. ln addition, a structure model of WO3 carried on TiO2-Al2O3 is suggested in this issue.
