乙醇在相转化中的抑制作用
Alcohol as Inhibitor in Phase-transformation
【摘要】 实验表明在发生相转化的FeCl3-HCl水解体系中,醇的存在起到了相转化抑制剂的作用,降低了α-Fe2O3沉淀组分的过饱和浓度,减少了成核数目,有利于形成较大的均匀胶体粒子.粒子尺寸随浓度的增加而加大,形状因球形趋变为立方体.
【Abstract】 Alcohol, presented in the hydrolysis of ferric chloride at elevated temperature,inhibits the phase transformation from β-FeOOH to a-Fe2O3, reduces the supersaturation of the precipitated species α-F2O3, decreases the number of nucleation and therefore favours the formation of much larger uniform α-F2O3 particles. With increasing amount of alcohol, the sizes of particles increase, while the shapes of them change gradually from sphere to cube.
