0Cr18Ni9Ti钢在不同敏化条件下的晶间腐蚀敏感性
Susceptibility of Sensitized OCr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel to Intergranular Corrosion
【摘要】 本文用650℃,2h和550℃,200h两种敏化制度考察了0Cr18Ni9Ti钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性。该钢在不经稳定化处理的情况下就可通过650℃,2h敏化后的晶间腐蚀检验.经稳定化处理可通过经550℃,200h敏化后的晶间腐蚀检验。
【Abstract】 The susceptibility of OCrl8Ni9Ti stainless steel after 650 ℃ 2h or 550℃ 200h semsiti/ing heat treatment to intergranular corrosion has been studied. The steel sensitized at 650 ℃ for 2h can pass ASTM A262 -75 practice E without stabilizing annealing, and after stabilizing annealing the steel sensitized at 550 ℃ for 200h can pass ASTM A262-75 practice E.
