【Abstract】 The new measuring apparatus consists of five portions: fixture of stainless steel, pressure transmiter, voltage stabilizing source of direct current, digital millivoltmeter, and consistant temperature box. The relaxation data of springs can be measured continousely at room temperature and higher temperature with the resultant arror less than 1%.更多还原
