粉末标样的穆斯堡尔谱定量相分析
Quantitative Phase Analysis of Powder Standard Specimens by Mossbauer Spectroscopy
【摘要】 本文用透射穆斯堡尔效应定量分析了化学成分不同的两相及三根粉末标样中的相含量。结果发现,在不作任何效应修正的情况下,穆斯堡尔效应的实测值与已知量相当接近,说明穆斯堡尔效应法在定量相分析上的应用具有广泛性和实用性。
【Abstract】 The phase contents of the powder standard specimens containing dual-phase or triphase with different chemical compositions have been analyzed quantitatively by Mossbauer effect. It is shown that the results measured by MOssbauer effect, without any effect corrections, are close to the known contents. It is obviously that Mossbauer spectroscopy possesses extensiveness and practicability in quantitative phase analysis.
