铝热剂反应中的SHS技术及其燃烧特性

【摘要】 本文研究了在铝热剂反应中所发生的 SHS 过程及其燃烧特性,其中包括自加热燃烧方程和燃烧波传播速度等。结果表明:在通常条件下,利用铝热剂反应实现 SHS 过程时,在燃烧区中的反应物和生成物主要以液相形式存在,并伴随着部分汽化现象,它们在燃烧波的传递中起着关键的作用。成型粉末的组态和点火位置直接关系到热流及热的积累和损失,从而影响其 SHS 过程的实现与抑制。

【Abstract】 Tests were carried out to study SHS.process and its thermit reaction characteristics,including the combustion equation and propagation velocity of flame front, and so on.It was shown that in a normal condition,the reactants and products within the reaction zone,existing in a liquid state or even in a vaporous state,played an important role in the process of flame front propagation.It was also shown that the configuration of the pre-pressed thermit powder and igniting spot would directly influence the flux, accumulation and loss of heat,and even the whole SHS process.
