【Abstract】 The macroscopic and microscopic analysis of a vast amount of failed warm forging dies of the bearing in the operation finds out the basic failure forms of dies in the warm forging;furthermore,the failure mechanism is invastigated and revealed,and the requirements for the die properties under conditions of the warm forging are defined.The re- liable basis is provided for the optimization of the material for warm forging dies and the re- search into its strengthening techniques.更多还原
