耐碱SiO2-TiO2-RO玻璃中的逆性现象
Inversion of the Alkali Resistance Class in System SiO2-TiO2-RO
【摘要】 本文研究了耐碱40SiO2·30TiO2·30RO(BaO,SrO,CaO)玻璃在耐碱性和结构两方面的逆性现象。即在桥氧数小于3的玻璃中,随着RO的种类增多,玻璃结构变得致密,耐碱性能得到改善。通过玻璃摩尔体积计算,玻璃致密化过程得到进一步且更精确的证实(逆性现象符合离子半径规律)。玻璃的耐碱性通过粉末失重法和分光光度法测定,玻璃结构通过红外光谱进行研究。上述现象可用以改善玻璃的耐碱性能。
【Abstract】 Inversion in alkali resistance and structure of glass 40SiO2. 30TiO2.30RO (BaO,SrO,CaO) has been studied. In the glass in which the number of bridging oxygen is less than 3,the glass structure becomes close and alkali resistance is improved withthe increase of the kind of RO. Through the calculation of the mole volume the densification of glass has been confirmed with accuracy (the inversion phenomenon conforms thelaw of ionic radius). The alkali resistance of the glass has been determined by the spectrophotometry and the powder method. The glass structure. has been studed by infraredspectrometry. Above-mentioned the inversion can be used to improve the alkali resistanceof the glass.
