长江中游地区酸雨及大气污染物对钢材破坏的研究
THE EFFECT OF ACID RAIN AND ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTANTS ON STEEL CORROSION IN MIDDLE YANTZE RIVER REGION
【摘要】 用铜/铁、铜/锌组成的大气腐蚀监测器(ACM),在各种大气环境条件下(相对湿度、温度、颗粒物、电解质薄层、大气污染物等)测量了大气腐蚀速度。用室外曝晒挂片试验研究了自然环境条件下酸雨和大气污染对钢材腐蚀的影响。腐蚀速度主要由大气中SO2浓度、降水酸度、润湿因子(降雨量与降雨次数乘积)控制。本实验钢材的耐蚀性顺序为:WSPA>08CuP≈09CuTiRe>A3F>#15>>08F≈LS
【Abstract】 Electrochmical tests were carried out using atmospheric corrosion monitors (ACM)that consist of copper plate anodes and steel or zinc cathodes. The measurement can provide information concerning the rate of metal corrosion under atmospheric conditions ( re lative humidity,temperature,pariculate,thin layer of electrolytes,pollutants concentration etc. )The impact of acid rain and atmospheric pollutants on corrosion of steel was studied in several cities in the middle region of the Yantze River through the outdoor exposure test. The atmosphere corrosion rate of metals may be directly related to SO2 concentration,acid rain pH and humidity factors. A" wetness factor "is defined as the product of rainfall and rainfall fre-quency. The corrosion resistance of the steel materials tested follows the order WSPA>08 CuP≈?09 CuPTiRe>A3 F>#15(?)08 F≈LS
