【Abstract】 The influence of various factors on the stability of bilirubin and biliverdin has been examined and compared,it was found that the main factors that affect the stability of them are dissolved oxygen,solution acidity and some metal ions. Considering these effect fac-tors, methods for stabilizing bilirubin and biliverdin were developed. Meanwhile,the interac-tion mechanisms concerned were discussed.更多还原
