流延热释电陶瓷单层薄膜烧结工艺与膜片性能

【摘要】 本文探索了流延法制备的、厚度为0.1mm热释电薄膜材料的单膜烧结方法,采用“夹板”法烧结,获得了平整度及强度较好的陶瓷膜片,膜片的介电及热电性能基本上达到了干压成型材料的水平,结果表明,用流延工艺直接制备红外探测器用敏感膜是可行的.

【Abstract】 Sandwich" sintering method dealing with the monolayer thin film pyroelectric ceramics made by tape casting was introduced. Smooth and relative high density thin pyroelectric ceramic films were got by "sandwich" sintering. The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of samples made by tape casting are almost tile same as those shaped by dry pressing. The experiment results show that the tape casting method is a promising way to make pyroelectric thin film ceramics used directly for IR detector sensitive element.
