β′-12H复相陶瓷界面结构研究
Interface Structure Study of β′-12H Multiphase Ceramics
【摘要】 用气压烧结工艺制备β′-12H复相陶瓷,并在高分辨电镜下对其界面结构进行研究.结果表明,β′与12H相之间具有良好的界面结合,在晶界区域没有反应层和其它结构缺陷,界面上也几乎没有晶界玻璃相.在β′-β′晶界,三晶界处的玻璃相能渗入两晶界,在界面上总是存在1~2nm的非晶层.
【Abstract】 H multiphase ceramics was prepared by gas pressure sintering, and the interface structure of the material was studied by HREM. The results show that there is a good interfaCe bonding between β′and 12H. Almost no grain boundary glassy phase exists in the interface region, and no interfaCe reaction layer or other structure defects are observed. While in the β′-β′ case, the liquid phase, which mainly concentrates in the three-grains pocket, can penetrate into the grain boundary with a width of about 1 ̄2nm.
