【Abstract】 A method to extracte the Small-singal equivalent circuit of GaAsMESFET is described. This method consiste in a direct determination of both the extrinsic and intrinsic small-signal parameters. This method is fast and the determined equivalent circuit fits the S-parameters Very Well.更多还原
