小型太阳能热动力用螺杆膨胀机

【摘要】 讨论了蒸汽螺杆膨胀机的工业性试验研究结果,并分析了运行温度为120—150℃的固定式聚光集热器和凝汽式蒸汽螺杆膨胀机组成的太阳热动力装置的性能。

【Abstract】 n experimental study on a pilot belieal screw expander unit has been conducted in continuous way for 432 hours. Operating condition: inlet pressure 0.6MPa (saturated water vapor). exhaust pressure 0. 1 18MPa, electrical load 0-120kW. electrical freqency 50±0.5Hz. male rotor, speed 3000r/min. Graphes in Figure 1 illustrate the data generated in operation. The unit efficiency at 120 kW approches 49%and correspondingly. the expander relative inner efficiency will be estimated as 65%. Results of the experiment show that a 200kW commercial expander with inner efficiency 70% will be expected.The performance of a condensing solar power system consisting of stationary concentrating collectors and 120℃-150℃ saturated steam belieal screw expander is discussed.
