【Abstract】 The status and prospect of the building materials at home and abroad were reviewed in thisPaper. The general tendency is that the polymeric materials of polymer-modified asphalt aregradually substituting the traditional asphalt waterproof materials, and higher elastic and durablewaterproof sealing materials and coatings are replacing their respective low-grade products.
