【摘要】 报告用国产磁分离法药盒的－ＴＳＨ（ＩＲＭＡ）、Ｍ－ＦＴ＿（３）、Ｍ－ＦＴ＿（４）（ＲＩＡ）测定正常人ＴＳＨ６２例，ＦＴ＿３及ＦＴ＿４各１０９例，其均值分别为２．５７±１．１６ｍＩＵ／１、３．７６１±１．５３ｐｍｏｌ／ｌ及１７．１０±４．４１ｐｍｏｌ／１。测定甲亢６１例、甲减５５例，其ＴＳＨ、ＦＴ＿３及ＦＴ＿４均值分别为０．２５±０．０９ｍＩＵ／１、１６．４１±５．０８ｐｍｏｌ／１、４９．５７＋１４．９３ｐｍｏｌ／ｌ及１７．２４±ｌ３．８２ｍＩＵ／１、１．１２＋０．４８ｐｍｏｌ／１、５．０４±２．４５ｐｍｏｌ／１。还分别测定了４４例低Ｔ＿３综合症ＴＴ＿３、ＴＴ－４及ＴＳＨ、ＦＴ＿３、ＦＴ＿４在血循中的水平，并加以讨论。认为ＴＳＨ、ＦＴ＿３、ＦＴ＿４检测对提高甲状腺疾病临床诊断的准确率有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 sTSH（IRMA）and FT₃,FT₄（RIA）kits which were made in China Institute of Atomic Energy areused tO measure serum TSH,FT₃ ,FT₄ concentrations in171 normal subjects.The mean values are2.57±1.16 mIU/1,3.76±1.53 pmol/l and l 7.1±4.4 l pmol/l respectively.61 hyperthyroid and55 hypothyroid patients are measured ,too. Their mean values of TSH,FT₃ and FT₄ are 0.25±0.09mIU/1,16.41±5.08 pmol/1.49. 57±14.93 pmol/1;17.24 ± l3.82 mIU/1,1.12l± 0.48pmol/1,5.04土2. 45 pmol/l respectively. Furthermore,sTSH,FT₃ and FT₄ are detected and dis-cussed in the 44 nonthyroid ilInesses（NTI）.All of TT₃ mean values for NTI are less than those of nor-mal subjects,so this kind of diseases is named low T₃ syndrome.The study deems that sTSH,FT₃ andFT₄ tests are very important and valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis Of thyroid diseasesand NTI.更多还原
