【Abstract】 patients with NsCLC were treated with carboplatin(30mg/m2ivonce 4 weeks )and Vp-16(100mg iv daily * 5,every 4 weeks).The effective rate was56%(14/25).Toxicities were also observed,The conclusion is that carboplatin and VP-16 are toxicitise in NSCLC and its bonemarrow,renal,oto-and gastro-intestinal toxi-cites are milder than those of cisplatin.更多还原
