H13模具钢表面激光熔覆钴基合金的研究
Study on Co-base Alloy Laser-Cladding of Die Steel H13
【摘要】 H13热作模具钢表面经激光熔覆钴基合金后显著提高了模具的高温硬度和热疲劳抗力。用表面激光熔覆技术强化模具表面或旧模具修复,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 With laser cladding Co-base alloy coatings, the high temperature hardness and thermal fatigue resistance of H13 hot-working die surface were appreciably increased. Using laser cladding technique to harden the working surface of new hot die or repair the used one shows a good prospect in industrial application.
