合成气经由二甲醚制取低碳烯烃
Light olefins from syngas via dimethylether
【摘要】 提出了一种由合成气制取低碳烯烃的新技术─SDTO方法,即合成气首先转化为二甲醚,然后进一步转化为低碳烯烃。研制了适合于该过程的两段反应的催化剂。以合成气(H2/CO=2:1)转化为二甲醚的第一段反应的产物为原料,中间不经任何分离,直接进行二甲醚转化为烯烃的反应,所获初步结果表明,低碳烯烃产率>100g/(m3合成气)
【Abstract】 new route named as SDTO method for the synthesis of light olefins from synces has been proposed. That is to convert syngas to dimethylether first and then to convert dimethylether to light olefins. The catalysts for the two conversion reactions have been developed. With the non-separated product of the first reaction from syngas (H2/CO= 2: 1)to dimethylether as raw material,dimethylether is directly converted to light olefins. The prelininary results show that the yield of light olefins is up to 100g/m3.
