乙炔高压羰化合成丙烯酸1.沉积物形成的研究
Carbonylation of acetylene to acrylic acid under high pressure ──Studies on the formation of sediments
【摘要】 考察了乙炔高压羰化合成丙烯酸时沉积物的形成。结果表明,主要沉积物来自乙炔及其衍生物,并提出只要改善反应的气-液混合状态,使乙炔与其他反应物能充分接触,就会大大提高乙炔羰化合成丙烯酸主产物的收率。同时也可抑制副反应的发生,从而使反应过程能稳定运行。
【Abstract】 The factors of formation of sediments in the carbonylation of acetylene to acrylic acid under high pressure have been investigated. It is thought that sediments mainly came from acetylene. The yield of acrylic acid was increased and the side reactions were also inhibited when acetylene effectively contact other reactants by improving gas-liquid mixing state of reaction. As a result, the process can stably run.
