助剂对F-T合成Fe-Mn共沉淀催化剂的影响 Ⅳ.催化剂F-T合成反应性能的研究

【摘要】 用微型固定床反应器,在中压(1.1MPa)条件下考察了助剂La、V、Zn、K对共沉淀Fe-Mn催化剂CO+H2合成反应性能的影响。反应结果表明,助剂La、K的加入均使CO+H2转化率降低,烃的选择性提高,产物中CH4减少,C5+增多,产物平均分子量增大,同时烯烷比也提高,但是助剂K使催化剂失活较快;助剂V使CO+H2的转化率降低,使产物中CH4增加,C5+减少,V对烯烷比影响不明显,但提高了合成反应的稳定性;助剂Zn使CO+H2的转化率提高,产物中CH4和C5+的含量都减少,C2~C4烃明显增加,烯烷比降低。
【Abstract】 The effect of promoters La,V, Zn and K on the performance of the co-precipitated Fe/Mn catalyst for CO+H2 synthesis was studied under a medium pressure of 1.1 MPa by using a fixed-bed microreactor. The results shown that the addition of La and K decreases the conversion of CO+II2,raises the selectivity to hydrocarbons, reduces CH4 content and increases Cd content in the product,increases the average molecular weight of the product as well as the olefin/paraffin ratio.However,promoter K results in a more rapid loss of the catalyst activity. Promoter V leads to a decrease in CO+H,conversion,increase of CH4 content and decrease of C5+ content in the product.V does not affect the olefin/paraffin ratio obviously but promotes the stability of synthesis.Promoter Zn increases the conversion of CO+H2,redllces CH4 and 5+ contents in the product,obviously increases hydrocarbons ranging from C2 to C4 and reduces the ratio of olefin/paraffin.
