【摘要】 天然气价格改革必须首先寻找形成天然气价格的原则和规范。文章在对国外天然气工业发展研究的基础上，总结了世界各国制定天然气价格所遵循的一般原则。在这些原则指导下，才有可能形成能够较为准确地反映商品价值、反映天然气生产特点、反映供求关系、反映国家长期利益的天然气价格。同时，文中还分析了一些国家制定天然气价格政策的种种利弊得失。这对我国天然气价格的制定有借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is imporative to reform the natural gas price, so the principle and regulations of forming the price must be first found. The paper summerizes the general principle of making the price in the world on the basis of the research on the developing of natural gas industry abroad. It can form the natural gas price that reflects cargoes value, characteristic of natural gas production, relations between supply and demand, and long-term beneft of country under the construction of the priniciple; meanwhile, many kinds of advantages and disadvantages of the price policy made by some countries were also analysed, and it can be used for reference for our country to make natural gas price.更多还原
