絮凝剂（SPAN）在α－淀粉酶发酵液中的应用
The Application of the flocculant“SPAN”to α-amylase fomentation broth
【摘要】 絮凝剂（ＳＰＡＮ）是不同接枝率的淀粉与聚丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚物。本文总结了将此絮凝剂推广应用到α－淀粉酶发酵液中的系列实验中，获得了满意的效果。
【Abstract】 The flocculant“SPAN”is the graft copolymer of different grafing of Starch-polycrylamide.The paper gives a conclusion to the flocculant used in α-amylase formentation broth and the expeimental result are Ratisfactory.
