【摘要】 我们分析了１９８３年３月～１９９３年３月间确诊为Ｈｕｎｔ综合征者３３例。耳痛、耳部带状疱疹和面瘫是该征的主要症状。本文有４８．４８％的病例出现感音神经性聋。一般来说，听觉功能的损害是较轻的，高频听力损害较重。听力损害程度和类型与面神经功能的恢复无关，但感音神经聋有助于该征的诊断。同时发现面神经功能获得完全恢复者，镫骨肌反射正常或重新出现。故镫骨肌反射检查对评估面瘫的预后是有意义的。更多还原

【Abstract】 We had studied 33 patients who were diagnosed Hunt syndrome from March,1983 to March 1993.The earache,Herpes Zoster and facial paralysis were the main symptoms of the disease.In our study 48.48% of the patients preasented sensorineural deafness.It was gentle in the loss of auditory function except high frequency audition.The degree and type of the hearing loss were unrelated. But the sensorineural deafness can be helpful for diagnosing the disease.We discover with the function of the fdcial nerve can be recovered cornpletely in those patients whose acoustic stapedial reflex is necessary to estimate the prognosis of facial parlysis.更多还原
