【Abstract】 Ultrasonic examination of the brain is the main method to evaluate infants for presence of any injury at the first days or first year of life. This report represents 1548 infants who had stress at birth examined by real-time sector ultra sonography. There were 224 cases with brain damage, the positive rate was 14.47% (224/1548). Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) accounted for 79.91% in 224 cases. The features of each brain damage type were discussed as well. The results could be beneficial and valuable for pediatric clinical work.更多还原
