【摘要】 总结我院4年来65例经皮肾活检电镜、光镜及免疫荧光检查结果。62例做出了病理学诊断,成功率达95.4％。18例临床诊断不清者明确了诊断,其中5例纠正了诊断。术后合并症:一过性肉眼血尿4例,镜下血尿37例,肾周血肿2例,未发生严重合并症。结论认为:经皮肾活检安全可靠,对肾脏病的诊断、治疗及判断预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The light microscopy, electron microscopy and fluorescence examinations of renal biopsy specimens were performed on 65,cases from 1988 to 1993. Pathological diagnoses of 62 cases (95.4%) were made, in which the diagnoses of 18 cases with obscure clinical course were disclosed) 5 cases’ diagnoses were corrected. After-operation complications included: macro-hematuria 4 cases, micro-hematuria 37 cases, per-irenal hematomas 2 cases. No other severe complications were detected, nor complications needing intensive treatment. Percutaneous renal biopsy is a safe and useful method, and it is an important measure, in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the kidney disease.更多还原
