【摘要】 对人参制剂的研究结果表明:适宜浓度的人参复方、人参总皂甙、人参皂甙Rgl人参皂甙Rb₁皆可增强体外诱生LAK细胞杀伤急性白血病细胞活性;人参复方及人参总皂甙可增强615小鼠脾细胞体外诱生的IL—2活性;适量注射人参复方及人参总皂甙能够对抗肌注氢可所致的小鼠脾细胞IL—2产生水平的下降;人参复方灌胃可加强LAK/IL—2治疗L₆₁₅白血病疗效。人参制剂是较理想的辅助LAK/IL—2治疗恶性肿瘤的免疫调节剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results has showed that appropriate concentration ginseng preparation,general geinsenoside, geinsenoside Rgl and Rbl, could strengthen the inducing effects on the activity of LAK cell to kill a-cute leukemia ceil preparation and general geinsenoside could increase the inducing effect on activity of IL - 2 in splenocyte of 615 mouse; appropriaty in-jectin ginseng preparation and general geinsenooside could control the decreasing of 1L- 2 in splenocyte of mouse which was induced hy injecting hydrorrti-sone oral administrating ginseng preparation could increase the effect of LAK/IL - 2 on L615 Leukemi-a.
