【摘要】 报告1986年9月～1990年6月期间9例艾森曼格复合征前期病人的手术治疗。9例肺血管阻力均高于100.0kPa·s／L，平均为138.95kPa·s/L，手术存活8例。术后6例病人接受2～5年的长期随访，显示治疗效果满意，心功能均达到1级。文中就围手术期的处理，手术时机，手术的适应证及禁忌证，手术的预后与估价进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the surgical treatment of 9 patients suffering from pulmonary hypertension of Pre-Eisenmenger complex from Sept.1986 to June 1990.Pulmonary vascular resistance of this patients were all higher than 100.0kPa·s／L with a mean value of 138·95 kPa·s／L.After surgical correction,8 survived with survival rate being 88.8％. The 2 to 5 years follow-up of six patients after operation showed that the results were satisfactory and class 1 cardiac function(NYHA)was achieved in all patients post-operatively.The peri-operative management,timing,indications,contraindications of the operation,and evaluation of the operation were discussed.更多还原
