以D湖和长江为水源的末梢自来水中非挥发性有机物致突变性和化学组分的比较研究

【摘要】 本文对D湖和长江为水源的末梢自来水中非挥发性有机物的致突变性及其化学组分进行了比较研究。Ames试验结果表明,D湖自来水样的致突变活性高于长江自来水样,前者MR阳性率为81.3%,后者为31.3%。色谱质谱(GC/MS)分析发现D湖自来水样检出化合物36种,含EPA确认的有毒物5种,长江自来水样检出32种,含EPA确认的有毒物仅2种。Ames试验和GC/MS分析的结果一致;这两项研究的结果也有力地支持了不久前进行的流行病学研究的结果,该流行病学研究发现长期饮用D湖自来水的人群某些癌症的死亡率明显高于饮用长江自来水的人群。表明D湖末梢自来水对健康的潜在危害较大。

【Abstract】 A comparative investigation of mutagenic activity of chemical components of non-volatile organic compound in drinking tap water from both D lake and Yangtze River was conducted.Ames test shown that mutagenic activity of the non-volatile organic compounds in drinking tap water from D lake was higher than that from Yangtze River.Positive MR rate of former was 81.3% and the rate of latter was 31.3%Thirty-six components including 5 EPA establishsed toxic substances in D lake water samples and thirty-two components including 2 EPA established toxic substances in Yangtze River were detected by GC/MS analysis.Results from Ames test were consistent wit those of GC/MS analysis.The findings of two investigations also strongly supported our conclusion of the epidemiological studies not long ago,which indicated that mortality rate of some cancers among population drinking tap water from D lake were significantly higher than those of people drinking tap water fromYangtze River.This study showed that the risks of drinking tap water from D lake are larger.
