【摘要】 系统观察了中草药制剂利多尔对实验性糖尿病大鼠及家兔的血糖、血脂和自由基水平的影响，并分别用降糖灵和甲苯磺丁脲（D860）作为阳性药物治疗对照观察。结果显示：与未治疗组比较，利多尔与降糖灵、D860均有明显的降血糖作用（P＜O.01或＜O.05）；对糖尿病动物血脂和氧自由基水平的影响，利多尔优于D860（P＜O.01或＜0.05）。认为利多尔具有良好的开发前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of chinese herbal preparation-Leedol on glucose,lipid and free radicals in the blood of diabetic rabbits and rats induced by chemical agents(alloxan,strep-tozocin)were observed.D860 and phenformin were administered respectively for positive control.The results showed that both Leedol and D860 or phenformin can decrease the level of blood glucose(P＜0.01 or＜0.05).The higher the dose,the greater the effect of Leedol.There was a dose-response relationship.The effect of Leedol on blood lipid and SOD,LPOD of diabetic rabbits is superior to that of D860.Leedol was proved to have glu-cose and lipid reducing effect and to be able to alleviate the oxygen free radicals in injury.更多还原
