【摘要】 对武汉地区180例健康足月新生儿测定了出生后l～10d内血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞计数（RBC）、红细胞压积（HCT）、红细胞平均体积（MCV）、红细胞平均血红蛋白（MCH）和红细胞平均血红蛋白深度（MCHC）等6项指标。资料表明：新生儿在出生10d内Hb、RBC和HCT均持续下降，至第10天接近成人数值；MCV、MCH和MCHC诸值亦随日龄增长而下降，但在生后第10天仍明显高于婴幼儿和成人数值。以上数据与国外资料颇为相近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serial observations of Hb,REC,HCT,MCV,MCH and MCHC were performed in 180 healthy full-term babies born at Wuhan during their first ten days of life in or der to establish the normal reference value for this area.Our results showed a consistent de clining of HB,REC and HCT values after birth which reached the level of adult at the 10 th day;the values of MCV,MCH and MCHC were also decreasing with the day age,but re mained apparently higher than that of infants over 10 days old and adults.We concluded that our data were comparable with that reported by researchers in other counties.更多还原
