【摘要】 实验观察了异搏定对肝硬变门脉高压症狗肝脏和全身血液动力学的影响。结果表明：异搏定显著降低腹主动脉压和肝动脉血流阻力，而对门脉压、门脉血流量及门脉血流阻力均无明显影响。说明异搏定对肝硬变门脉高压症肝脏血液动力学影响较小，而对全身血液动力学有明显作用。提示异搏定对肝硬变狗肝脏血液动力学无任何有益作用，结果不支持异搏定用于肝硬变门脉高压症的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of verapamil on hepatic and systemic hemodynamics in dogs with cirrhosis and portal hypertension.The verapamil caused a signif icant reduction in arterial blood pressure and hepatic arterial resistance.However,no benefi cial effect was noted on portal venous pressure,portal venous blood flow and portal vascular resistance.This study suggests that verapamil is of no beneficial effect in dogs with cirrhosis and potal hypertension.Our results do not support the use of verapamil in the treatment of cirrhotic portal hypertension.更多还原
