【摘要】 甲基莲心碱（Nef）给药后5min使豚鼠离体工作心脏的左室压（LVP）下降17.9％（P＜0.01），左室压瞬时变化速率(±dp／dt_max)分别下降22.6％和11.7％（P均＜0.05），左室舒末压（LVEDP）上升48.6％（P＜0.01），主动脉流量（ABF）减少48.4％（P＜0.01），冠脉流量（CBF）增加10.7％（P＜0.05），心率（HR）变化不明显，Nef0.1～10.0μmol／L剂量依赖性地降低LVP、±dP／dt_max、ABF，而CBF在较低剂量范围内是增加的。Nef对离体豚鼠工作心脏各参数的影响类似维拉帕米。结果提示，Nef对心脏收缩性能呈剂量依赖性抑制。减少ABF，而在一定剂量范围内可增加冠脉流量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiac function parameters in isolated working guinea pig heart were affect ed by neferine （Nef）.Nef 1μmol/L reduced LVP,±dp/dt_max 17.9% （p＜0. 01）, 22.6% and 11.7% （P＜O.05）, respectively, increased LVEDP 48.6% P＜0.01).and CBF 10.7% （P＜0.05）.It decreased ABF by 48.4% （P＜0.01）.HR was not changed significantly.Nef 0.l～10.0μmol/L decreased LVP, ±d p/dt_max, and ABF in an concentration-dependent pat tern. Lower dosage （0.1-1.0μmol/L） increased CBF.Effects of Nef on isolated working heart of guinea pig mimic those of verapamil.The results suggest that Ne f inhibits the car diac contractility,increased CBF in lower concentration.更多还原
