【摘要】 统计了我院1984年1月～1990年3月通过B超结合临床诊断为子宫内膜异位囊肿而行手术的所有病例，并与手术后病理诊断结果进行相符性研究。结果143例中，131例病理诊断为子宫内膜异位囊肿或巧克力囊肿，临床与病理诊断符合率为65.0％，B超与病理诊断符合率高达85.3％。将B超声像图分为5种类型，即单纯囊肿型、多囊型、均匀光点型、囊内团块型和混合型。作者认为B超声像图诊断该症简单易行，病人无痛苦，对治疗方法选择和疗效评定有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1984 to March 1990,143 cases of ovarian endometrioma were operated based on clinical impression and B-US suggestion.The compatibility of B-mode ul trasonic presentations with pathological data were reviewed.The conformity rate between pathological findings and clinical diagnosis of B-mode ultrasonic suggestion were 65.0 % and 85.3 % respectively.Five patterns of B-mode ultrasonic presentation have been identified by ultrasonography,including monocystic,polycystic,homogeneous echo,cystic echo with cocoal clusters and mixed type.It is believed that B-mode ultrasotlnd is a non-invasive and acceptable method and is valuable to the selection of therapy and the outcome evaluation.更多还原
