【Abstract】 In August 1992,an orthotopic heart transplant was performed on a 25-yearold man with congestive cardiomyopathy at Tongji Hospital.The patient underwent successful heart implantation and died from acute rejection and acute heart failure on the third day ostoperatively. Preoperative preparation,surgical technique,diagnosis of rejection and immunosuppressive therapy for orthotopic heart transplantation were described and discussed in the paper.更多还原
